Frequently asked questions
Are my files uploaded to a server?
No. Every merge happens locally in your browser using JavaScript. Your PDFs never leave your device and are never sent to us or anyone else.
Is there a limit on how many PDFs I can merge?
You can merge as many PDFs as you like. On the free tier each file can be up to 25 MB; Pro removes the size limit and adds batch processing.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Once the page has loaded, merging works even with your internet disconnected — the processing engine runs entirely on your machine.
Do I need an account?
No account is required. Anonymous users get up to 5 operations per day; a free account gives you unlimited basic operations.
