1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PDF Bunker ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PDF Bunker provides browser-based PDF tools including merging, splitting, compressing, converting, rotating, OCR, and electronic signature placement. All file processing occurs locally in your browser. We do not access, store, or transmit your files.

3. Accounts

You may use basic features without an account. Creating an account requires a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

4. Free and Pro Plans

The free tier includes up to 3 operations per day. The Pro plan provides unlimited operations and is billed monthly. Pricing is displayed on the pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice.

Subscriptions are managed through Lemon Squeezy. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits through automated means
• Interfere with the operation of the Service
• Reverse-engineer the Service beyond what is permitted by law

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the output of any tool will be suitable for your specific needs. You are responsible for verifying the results of any file processing.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PDF Bunker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
